Don't bother, I made plugins for fear. Here you go: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/guishop/

Thats what fear uses last time i checked. It was edited to make it more suitable for fear, But same plugin.

Copying other servers plugins and configurations to the exact same isn't going to get your server anywhere. Make your server unique, good luck anyway.
