Buying Skyblock and Prisons Servers (PB + LOOKS GOOD)

I currently have over $500+ to invest into servers. I currently own my own server (StellarPvP) and I am looking to start doing other gamemodes such as skyblock or prisons. I got a feeling with my ideas and talent I can easily make a well set up server but I need a template or "start".

What the server needs:
- Atleast 10+ Playerbase (Something to start with.)
- Buycraft with good theme (Forums I would like but if you don't have one dont hesitate to offer just a buycraft.)
- Good Domain
- Good Logo
- Discord with atleast 100-200 People.
- Must have a good rep.
- Skyblock or Prisons (Or HCF if its very well set up.)
