Buying Skyblock & Factions {Servers Completely Made!}

I am looking to buy a Skyblock and Factions server for my hub!
Those are the only servers we are seeking and i dont have the time to spend to build or create them. My hub is releasing really soon and i need those two only!

What am i looking for?
Well like it says in the title one of those two servers (COMPLETELY MADE)

What do i mean by (COMPLETELY MADE)
-Everything done as in:
All Plugins, Permissions ,Ranks, worldguards, everything ready to just open the second purchased!

In the skyblock server im looking for a really good server with a custom spawn and also everything made! This one im willing to pay a bit more than the factions.

*If servers are complete but lack stuff, like stuff doesnt work on next version or something not done ill negociate a lower price!

What do u guys not understand my writing i said i must be able to go on the server and see the plugins! Iwant to know if they are custom or not and i want to see if everything is configed i dont need op or owner i just need a permission for /pl
