BUYING Skyblock Server (5+ playerbase)

Hello everyone!
I'm representing my server and we're looking to purchase an existing and live Skyblock server with a concurrent playerbase of a minimum of 5 players online.

Why you can trust us
CYT has been running for 3 years (since April 2017), we genuinely know what we're doing. We're looking to expand into a network, and Skyblock seems the most requested, and the best fit for our community and future. Please feel free to check our server out!

Why the low reputation?
I really don't use this site much at all, but when I do, it's usually for buying something so I barely gain reputation.

Requirements (All must be handed over)
- Domain
- 5+ average playerbase
- Live and viewable at any time
- Any artwork
- Server Files
- Server Discord (150+ members, not botted: we will check that.)
- A few days for us (after you message me) to monitor the servers' playerbase
- Verified PayPal account
- Tebex Store + Website (website isn't a requirement, but if one exists, we'd like to take full ownership)

A trusted middleman will be used to prevent scamming on both ends. We will agree on one together.
You will have zero access, voting power or staff role in the servers future after the hand-over.
As we're using a middleman, it doesn't matter who goes first.
Budget doesn't need to be listed as it's flexible.
Proof of funds doesn't need to be visible as you can see our Server/Tebex Store that's active.
