Buying small amounts of BTC

Hey people, so I'm new to MCM and i came here to buy and sell BTC atm i want to buy small amounts usually 0.001 BTC sometimes another amount under $30. I used to have an account on this site, forgot the email and everything but it had 0 rep regardless. And i got scammed 3 times on it so i decided, I will go first f&f But you have to have decent rep or we can use a MM

We will ofc confirm onsite with him before trading. The reason i like to use 9/nine is because he usually responds in under 30 min
