Hit up EBay or Amazon or whatever site you use. In the advanced, put the budget from 0.01 - 9.72 , then tick free shipping and paypal accepted. Finally just type in a search term and look through. Using this I once got a 1$ mouse with LED's. Still works top this day more than a year after purchasing. Again it was 1$ free shipping (AUD). I've used this many more times, most recent is two phone cases and a screen protector for 1$ free shipping.

Haha yeah I just spend ages using different search terms and half the time it's either a mistake of a price or a good deal. Just nice that you can use different search terms.
