As the title says, Im looking at getitng a survival spawn. all the usuals, shop, enchant areas etc etc.

Post what you have and the price and if i like it ill PM you. I want exclusives but before i look for someone to build me one i wanna see if there is a prebuilt that hasnt been sold or if your deal went south and you have a build sitting there without a sale.
