Buying unbans - Read before Disagree

So I was thinking, I've made some dumb mistakes in my past and I'm not saying these mistakes should go unpunished but I would like to say that I've grown from them and learnt from them. So here is what I am proposing; ability to buy unbans. Now I know you initial thought will be against this but hear me out. I personally have never scammed before and don't plan on to but if someone scams someone they are banned of course but how about giving them the ability to buy unbans?
Before someone can be unbanned the following must occur;

• At least two staff members agree that it is fair to give them another chance
• The staff member who banned them must agree that it is okay for them to be unbanned

The will receive an un-editable signature stating that they have previously been noted for scamming and that you should deal with this user at risk.

I think that a suitable price tag for an unban would be 20$

I think this could work but it'd have to be tweaked.
1. They have to give back what they scammed.
2. They have to pay what they scammed to get unbanned.

Once a scammer always a scammer, the staff can easily be biased towards banned users, the person who banned the user probably won't unban them. This will never happen.

Maybe a Eligible to purchase ban request could be displayed in their ban message.

Anyway, no. Bans exist for a reason. most bans are either caused by scamming, leaking or being a total ass. not the type to want an unban.

I'm more in favor of a ban appeal section where people can post a reasonable appeal or have others post it for them (depending), or even just submit it.

You can get unbanned if you can do something that the staff needs, no matter what you've done. That was the case with Verringer, don't know if it is the same now.
