In reality if you want a truly high quality hub it will cost more than $100, most likely around the $200 price range. A basic rule would be:
Every 10x10 blocks would cost $5 for a fairly mediocre and basic build
Every 10x10 blocks would cost $10 for decent quality
Every 10x10 blocks would cost $15 for a fairly high quality build
Every 10x10 blocks would cost $20 for a very high quality build.
(E.g a 200x200 hub would cost $100 for mediocre, $200 for decent, $300 for fairly high quality and $400 for high quality.)
