I’m looking to buy cryptos at low rates, either ~1:1 or 5%.

-Yes, I do have scam reports on me, any profits made from this will go towards my reimbursement funds. Those are from when my account was compromised, and I am not scamming.

Honestly if you are looking for 1-to-1, or anything lower than 10% you're asking a bit much in terms of as a buyer. I know you probably want the most bang for your buck, but unless they are desperate to quick-sell you wont get much under a 10% fee unless the seller has more than they can count, and doesn't mind letting some go.
