How's it going! My name is BXE. I am a 17 year old average guy who love's to work with server and network owner's and help them out with setting up interview times, help picking out staff members to be recruited, making weekly update's, being a media manager (Recruit YouTubers / Streamers), advertisement's and also run server's media accounts: Twitter and YouTube

Skyvern - Co-Owner
(Non Released while I was staff, 200 in discord)
I was a Co-Owner on Skyvern factions, I was first recruited as a admin while they where looking for staff. I had brought to their table many of my valuable and I was the person they picked out of the many people they had apply for the Admin rank. After really kicking into full speed and which I always do while working on servers, I was promoted and offered a spot as a Co-Owner with Skyvern and I had accepted the offer.
Once I became Co-Owner I had worked on making Map 2 and buying exclusive builds out of my own pocket for them so it would not cut into the server owners very small budget. Since I have an actual job (Currently laid off for the off season) I was able to afford to this for them. I was eventually kicked off the Management team after I had gave some files to the owner and he decided that was good enough for him and kicked me from the discord and blocked me on discord.
CursedMC- Helper
(30-100 online Players)
I was a helper on a server called CursedMC, While I was staff on this server for the very short amount of time due to some problems behind the curtains of the server, but while I was a member of their team my job was to watch over the server's chat and made sure no one was breaking the rules and that I was always helping out everyone with questions and /helpop.
CartelPvP - Helper / Moderator / Sr. Moderator
(50-200 online Players)
I was a member of CartelPvP's staff teams in their early stages of life, I was one of the first staff members they had hired and this was my first ever spot on a staff team. I was recruited on to the team as a Helper and I had learned everything I had to be taught everything about how to do everything they had on their server, since it was a custom drug factions server there was lots you needed to know as a member of the staff team and how to know if people are abusing some glitches and what was allowed and not.
After 3 weeks of being a Helper and watching over chat I was promoted to Moderator, This was a really good time since this made it so I was able to ban people and work more on updates for the server, This was when I first learned how to help out more with the community and being apart of making the server a better and fun community. I had kept this position for 3 months and then they had done promotions once more but unfortunately this would be the last.
Once I had became a Sr. Moderator on CartelPvP I had been accepted onto the Advertisement Management team, Staff Application team, Community team. Which these 3 positions where huge since I was able to work with the other staff to look for YouTubers to record, Accept staff and to help even more to pump out more community updates every couple weeks!
