Cactus plugin

Hello!

I'm looking for a plugin that allows players to store cactus in a container and it will generate cactus per minute based on the amount already stored (Editable in the config) or something like that.
Players should either be able to upgrade the amount generated via money (vault) or cactus (Editable in the config)
