Bit of a background before we jump in - I realize I'm a new account. With that, I realize I won't have any reputation, any vouchers, or any recognition. Obviously this might pose an issue towards my acceptance chance but that's still a chance I'm willing to take. Just because I'm new to the website certainly does not mean I'm new to the game, the gamemode, the experience, or the workload.

Moving on, here is my whole-hearted attempt. I appreciate the possible consideration.

How many hours can you put in the server per week:

I am a college student, I do play a college sport, but my practices and any classes I have are always done by 1pm EST, freeing me for essentially the rest of that day (assuming there are no prior events or sudden emergencies requiring my attendance). Hopefully and I'm sure you understand things may come up now and then, but they won't come up without me communicating them to the team as soon as possible if they interfere with something on the server. After getting out of classes and adding up times for games over the weekends, I'm estimating close to 60-70 hours a week, obviously that will vary as life likes to throw curveballs at everyone and anyone.

Any past experiences being a staff member:

Of course. It's been a while since I've held a position, but I certainly still have held them before.

OriginMC Factions (~2014 peak): Moderator on the Blue server
McLegends Network (~2014 peak): Helper on all servers
PhobosPvP (~2013 peak): Moderator
NovaFactions/It's multitude of name changes and server resets (~2013 peak): Moderator and eventually moved into a community manager position in the last stages of the servers' lives.
BrutalPvP (~2013 peak): Moderator
A few small, short-lived, now irrelevant factions servers that have been long since gone: Ranging from Helper to Pre-Administrator

Why do you want to be staff at CaliburnHCF?:

After reading through you and the server's experience and the potential it gives off to me, and as a player who has been through the golden ages of large servers that are still around but have fallen victim to plagued owners and greedy intentions, I would like nothing more than a chance to prove that together with the rest of the team and my hundred-percent efforts that we can further this server into something genuine and worthy of players from all aspects of the game.

I'd like another opportunity to provide a server that wants the same thing I do, a home and players to call their own friends, and with that I think using my past experiences and my extensive knowledge of the game, the gamemode, and the Minecraft community as a whole would benefit this server.

Why should we accept you as staff?:

As stated before - I sincerely just want to be a part of something with immense potential. I have seen once-great and prosperous servers dwindle quicker than ever before for a multitude of reasons: owner responsibility, funding, effort or just a lack of care for the community or the server as a whole. I know for a fact Chase will hire individuals with the same mindset as him, those who want to see a server thrive and put it before themselves. I don't know him personally but from what I've read in his description and the people replying above it's obvious what this server is going to be about, and I'd like to contribute my time, my skills, my effort and my ideas to helping put this server in the best position it can be in.

As much as I want to help, I'm also looking for a server to call home. Again as mentioned, most of my servers I used to hold near and dear have been long gone, or are on the verge of extinction today. I realize and accept that applying for a staff position means that those duties and expectations must come first, and I am fully cooperative with those terms. Hopefully being a part of the server means letting me interact with its players in-game as well.
Additional Information:

I have a few things I think would be worth sharing for this application - again, I'm a college student, on an athletic scholarship and above all I am a human being. I will make mistakes and I will have real-life events that will need my immediate attention. Understandably, the staff and players here will too, but you can expect (mutually) that I will communicate any problems or changes as soon as I am aware of them. I realize helping on a server with this kind of potential is a commitment and I'm ready to take part in it. My current age is 14 years of age, now I understand that I am really young to be eligible for a staff position on CaliburnHCF, although for being 14 I am very well responsible enough to be acquired as staff, I am very mature, and does not act childish and am capable of setting a great reputation for CaliburnHCF and its team.

Yes, I have a fairly decent microphone, called the Blue Snowball iCE, which isn't worth its price nor does it have top notch quality, but it serves it's job right and players are able to hear very well from it.

How many hours can you put in the server per week:

Sunday & Saturday | Weekend, meaning I able to consist of at minimum 5 to maximum 7 hours of playtime.

Monday - Friday | School, meaning I will be busy with many occasions such as homework and after-school activities such as school sports. Meaning I will be able to consist of, only minimum of 4 hours to maximum 7 hours.

Any past experiences being a staff member:

So I have been playing HCF for a fair amount of time that ranges to around 1-2 years, and during this time, I have accomplished understanding the game mode itself and understood what it's like to be in the team and learnt many new techniques that will help in moderation. Now a lot of players, who play HCF may be familiar with a game-mode where HCF originated from I believe named Factions, and now that I tell this I understand that there is a huge difference between the game mode, although there are similarities to the game mode itself as well, it's just played differently. Well I have been staff on a decent amount of servers, not too big to mention, as these were small servers that ran professionally, this is where I started my adventure as gaining experience on servers to better my knowledge of moderation in the future, well from these small servers, I learnt a small sum amount of information on moderation techniques which were the basic ones, and learnt a lot of new tools that can be used, now obviously I wasn't just staff on small servers, the biggest server and more professionally ran server I was acquired staff on was after the name UnitedMC, now this server was a factions server, and it blew my mind, I learnt many new moderation techniques, what it's like to set a role model, the obstacles I am going to have to face, and what it's like to lead a team, this server hit about 400 players on the release, but went down to 100 players on, which was still a good amount. Unfortunately, the server had many bugs that couldn't be helped and was forced to shut down. But that faction server could've been greater than what I could have expected if we were to keep going, but on that server I was set Jr Moderator rank at first and worked my way up to Senior Moderator, which I believed was 2 ranks apart, and I made a lot of new friends and we taught each other new things every day. But UnitedMC was most likely the spot where I learnt the most and I still admire that server.

Why do you want to be staff at CaliburnHCF?:

I want to be an applicant of the CaliburnHCF staff team, as I believe that CaliburnHCF is something more than the generic HCF server, and I believe that it has exceeded the potential to become a successful server, maybe even possessing unique features to it, but of course to have a successful server, it can never be done alone. Teamwork is the most important fact about founding a server and have a team that could be by your side to support you and take on tasks if you are busy with something else. I want to help CaliburnHCF when having either advanced problems or small minor problems. Obviously many servers have rule breakers, or so on called cheaters who break rules. I believe that I am capable of trying my utter best to break through that wall and find as many rule breakers and clean the server off them.

I am also very fluent in my English, and somewhat decent in my grammar although I learning new words and learning new grammar ways every day, as I want to be able to speak English professional and exceed fluently, now being able to speak English I am able to talk clearly with our fellow members of CaliburnHCF if any support is needed. Now another important key fact is that I believe you must be patient or rather called nice with the members of CaliburnHCF or in general anyone, as what you say, speak, or any action you do can make a positive or negative impact on your reputation alone, and this will impact many future opportunities that the 'Minecraft Server Industry' has to offer, and I believe I am able to set a hefty good reputation on CaliburnHCF and its staff team.

I am also very mature and responsible to handle this position, as many staff either fake their age or do something to get into a staff team, that make an impact on them, but I believe everyone has made mistakes and we learn from it, it's apart of the growth span. I am able to handle situations maturely and professionally and not sound immature nor treat players abusive or in an unwanted way.

Why should we accept you as staff?:

Now, this is a very important question as this tells what your goal or motive for wanting to help this server specifically and not other servers. Well, I am going to answer that. I have to admit this server is really organized, and is taking it slow and seems like you're not rushing the server, normally recruitment pages will give you maximum 1 week to apply, but you are taking it slow is what I am saying, another reason is that this server inspires me, I may not know why not but may know in the future. All of this just motivates me in a way telling me that, this is the server that I should apply as this may change something in me or in others.

Now you're probably wondering well that still doesn't answer the question....

Well, I believe I am a very hard working staff member, I am able to stay active and not AFK my hours here and be proud to say I am active, I will dedicate such little time I have left to put into this game and dedicate it all to the server to help it out in some way. I am able, to be honest about my actions, I will never lie to an Administrator whether it will affect my rank or anything, I believe that is important, to be honest to any staff member or member, most of the time it will make them happier to know beforehand, than having to discover it. I am also able to record with good frames, as many players seem to appeal on server nowadays, but if I have it all recorded it should be very well enough proof to keep them off the server, meaning I am hopefully going to have a CaliburnHCF Staff Series. I am also very respectful I don't discriminate against anyone whether they are my friend, or if I'm talking to a Famous rank and member rank if a higher rank did something bad and a member is reporting it. I will stay according to the rules and ban the rule breaker, even if they were our top donator etc, I am also able to respect anyone whether I am talking to an Administrator, a member, or someone that is annoying or whatever, I treat them happily. I am also able to check on forums actively as we can all admit many staff members never check the forums, as a lot of stuff happen on the forums and not the server itself, meaning for staff applications or anything I will give my honest opinion, whether it's a friend or not, I am also able to interact with members on Teamspeak, as I love talking to new people and making friends with them.

Indeed I do have previous experience. Here is a list of servers I used to staff on.
DragonHCF:
I started off as a trail mod there banning hackers and making the server great. The owner saw how good I was doing my job so he promoted me to be a Moderator. Another reason is that most of the mods where in active and everyone was complaining that there where not mods on. That was the most exiting day of my life I was banning hackers, helping people in teamspeak, also helping people with DTR issues. After a couple of weeks the server started to dye, and I went inactive, so I got demoted. That won't happen again.
PurgePots:
I wasn't staff on purge pots for a long time because most of the hackers were getting banned by all the other staff members. All my friends where having fun killing people and enjoying there time, so I resigned and went to playing with my friends.
Why do you want to be staff at CaliburnHCF?:
Why should we choose you:
You should accept me as a staff members because there are a few reasons why.
Teamspeak:
This is a big one, most staff members don't pay attention to teamspeak. I bring this point up because I am very good at multi tasking. For example, I can watch a hacker, but at the same time I am able to help clients in teamspeak. Another reason why I bring this point up because I was killed by a hacker and waited in teamspeak for about 20 mins before I was moved. What shocked my the most was all the staff members where in one channel ss'ing one guy. That made me really mad so I vowed to never do that if I become staff.
Cheaters:
I am really good when it comes to figure out if someone is using cheats. In dragon hcf I was the top staff member because of how good I was at catching hackers. For example, I was watching one person hitting someone from 6 blocks obviously I did not knew back then that he was 6 blocking him. So I watched him for a while and started to record what he was doing. After I got enough proof I watched the video 3 times making sure that he was cheating, once I figured out he was cheating I banned him right away.
Why should we accept you as staff?:
Respect:
I am a respectful guy who will give someone there space if needed. I will respect all older staff members. For example, I would never interrupt a older staff member unless its an emergency. My motto is "someone comes before you," that means I will care for others before I care for myself.
Maturity:
I consider myself I a mature lad. For example, if there is a staff member who insulted me I won't throw an insult back because there is no point, I do not achieve anything if I insult him back. Also it will get me demoted if I stated to insult him. Better him then me.
Recording:
I can pull out my screen recorder in 3 seconds if there is a hacker. Also I will get enough proof before I ban him.
Organization:
I am really good at organizing. For example, if the owner has a lot of things on his head I can organize it to where all the important stuff gets done and all the unimportant stuff can be done later.
Time management:
This skill I have masted a couple of months ago. This skill is vital because I can manage my school time also managing being staff on this amazing server.
Teamwork:
I am really good at working with teams. For example, when I was staff on purge pots I had to team up with another staff member, and we both did really well.

How many hours can you put in the server per week: 9-14 hours per week depending on school activities or friends.

Any past experiences being a staff member: I was moderator on GoPvP when the server has closed. Although my lack of past experiences, I am still open to learning and gaining more skills from other staff members.

Why do you want to be staff at CaliburnHCF?: I wan't to be staff on Caliburn because it seems like a good upcoming server that I have heard a lot about recently. I really like HCF but haven't had the time to play it competitively recently with how short the maps are and how busy I am with school, so it would be nice to still be on the game but not having to worry about building a base or getting materials to be able to pvp. Aswell as not being able to play competitive as much, I still love to play minecraft and have fun, and I see Caliburn being successful and a good opportunity for me to still be able to have fun on this game. Along with the many other reasons there are for me wanting to be staff is how I see the server in the future. I see the server being able to strive to its potential with the good development and staff team that there already is. Basically, I see the server being able to grow and have a good playerbase to start with and I would love to be apart of the team.

Why should we accept you as staff?: Although I haven't had much experience in being staff, I am still a Maturity, activeness, and somewhat decent at screensharing and banning hackers. I believe I am a very mature person, I treat everyone with respect and I am always kind to everyone. Me being 16, I have noticed over the years that if I want to be treated with respect, I should be respectful to people and they will hopefully be respectful back. This is important for staff members to know that people in teamspeak may be angry and rude sometimes, but maybe they are having a bad day or something may have happened to them that day, and its best to be kind and respectful to them. For activeness, I am very active on telegram, teamspeak, discord or any social media. Besides me being busy at school, work, or sports I am still active in game too, being able to squeeze 1-3 hours a day. This is important for staff too because people need to be helped in teamspeak or in-game, and to make it best for them its best for them to get helped as soon as possible. For screensharing, I am somewhat decent in screensharing. During my time with GoPvP I was able to gain knowledge from the higher staff and the screenshare guide. To be able to screenshare you need to be able to detect and see if the person is sketchy or not, I am decent at seeing if the person would be blatantly cheating (obviously everyone is) and also decent at finding someone using reach or aimassist. This is good for staff because you don't want people on your server using ghostclients and being able to get away with it.

Additional Information: I am in 2 AP classes at this point in time so school is a clusterfuck sometimes and may keep me off my pc until late at night.

Why do you want to be staff at CaliburnHCF?: I mainly want to apply for staff here because it’s a fresh server and is showing great potential, thus I thought I would be a great addition to the team. But there are more reasons, such as the community. The community is still extremely small, but I am impressed by what I’ve seen thus far. I know that the network will have an extremely fast growth, which will cause the community to grow and expand by a vast amount.
As new players will come in, most of the time they will be seeking help from staff members as they don’t know how things work, which is completely understandable. I will be that staff member which will take of that problem, I will be there when players are seeking help, as they are the fuel that runs this place and we can’t afford to lose any of them just because of an error or anything like that. I am also applying because I think, that I can help the server grow. I see myself being a fair and trustworthy staff member which will do anything to benefit the server.
I also want to become staff here, as I think I could help the server grow in one way or another. If members see that the support from staff members is great, they are going to tell their friends to join as well. I am positive about me being capable of being that staff member, as I love helping people in need of help. This could not only make me glad, but it would make the community happy and possibly the owners due to the positive feedback the server will be getting.

Why should we accept you as staff?: I am extremely thick-skinned and I never let other people run over me, so I will be able to handle any situation without any problems at all. Because of this, I will never falsely warn, mute and/or ban members of the community out of frustration, which I see a lot of staff members across the majority of network do. I am patient with people, so I will never rush things and will always give other members enough time to speak out. without starting any unnecessary arguments.
I think that the combination of patience and insensibility could be beneficial for the server, as I will treat everybody on the network the same way.
