A: KV stands for (KeyVault). It's like the profile of your Xbox that Microsoft bans. But these KVs can be swapped out with a new fresh one.

I don't think I would be, now that Im on the One I don't understand how I could have played with all the lag and issues of the 360

I guess it's all personal preference. I don't like consoles that are only there for graphics, and that look like 1980 DVRs. I personally like the PS4, and Xbox 360. I never really had an issue with connecting, and what not.
