( Call of duty server ) Server Idea

Hello everyone, I have an idea of making a call of duty server. This will require forge and 1.7.10.

So yesterday, I found about a mod that have 3D guns. So i was wondering if anyone could help me develop this idea. This will have a lot of custom kill feed in chat such as Player1 Sniped Player2 and when a person is on a 10 kill-streak in chat it says Player 1 is on 10 kill streak.
So basically the mod gives players 3D guns which is really cool. SO this mod may be old. but ima bring it back. XD
