Yes, but there's a difference from getting a personal mentor and buying a full course where some guy shows you how to make one particular style of website. That's just my opinion though, and if it works for them, then that's all that matters.

I've seen RATS embedded in a lot of things images, music, and even documents. I've seen RATs that whem executed self-replicate across the network.
You can't devouch because someone wouldn't open your .exe.
You can't just straight up edit an executable without taking loads of steps beforehand. Why would someone go to so much trouble to do that? What if he didn't know how to do it.
Quit being a whiney immature little bastard, grow a pair, and face the reality that what you asked was a difficult and tedious task and that anyone is well within their own right to refuse you service.
