Calvin Creative Terms of Service
1. Terms

2. Use License
When purchasing a product from Calvin Creative, your are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Payments will be paid in full.
2. Once paid, you may not cancel the order, and or request a refund, unless otherwise agreed on.
3. I have the right to refuse to whomever.
4. Charging back payments is strictly not allowed. Charge backs will result in disputing it to PayPal to my fullest extent.
5. All transaction you send are confirmed authorized by you, and any payments declared 'unauthorized' are false.
6. Any materials downloaded from any of my pages are to be credited to Calvin Creative, including any edits made by any party involved.
7. Redistribution of any materials created by Calvin Creative is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Calvin Creative at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format

3. Modifications

I have not compiled a list of every brand I've worked with, however my brand Avast has had 57 unique (from separate clients) inquiries in the past week. As the manager of the company I work with each of these clients to ensure they receive a high quality product from my team. I see. Avast, however, is a service team that does products and as the reader of the thread, I understand that you're letting everyone know about your marketing experience, not about your service team which is why I was concerned. Anyways, I'll leave this up to you.

Yeah, why trash his thread? Calvin clearly has the rep, why would he lie about something simple like that. Be reasonable and don't trash his thread, Calvin is a hard worker I can vouch for that. I out of one of the hundreds of companies, can vouch on his work ethic.

I mean Riley.'s posts didn't have the intention to trash his thread. I've worked with Calvin as well back in Prime but when he listed hundreds as someone who could be a potential client they'd like to know some of the hundred companies that he's said to have helped so that way they know to consider hiring him or not.

I don’t know Calvin on a personal level, but just by looking at his thread designs, his MCM presence, his Discord’s, his past and current work, I can tell that he should be your number one choice.

If you’re a striving business and you’re starting out on MC Market, you’re going the wrong way by not choosing Cal as your marketer. This guy, as he has said, has definitely done this hundreds of times for a compiled thousand plus hours, I’m sure.

I’d definitely recommend hiring Cal for your marketing department, and if you can’t afford his prices here, check out one of his many services that will dramatically increase the value of your company or project. Keep it going, Cal!

You talk about advertising and marketing and not just using forums. Yet you’re posting on a forum and also in discord servers you own, anyone at their will can do this. Provide me evidence of your ability to work with SEO, AdWords, Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, Community Engagement and then I’ll consider you to have atleast a sniff of ability in terms of marketing. And then show me your ability to write marketing copy as I see no USP (unique selling proposition not selling point as so many wrongly refer to it as). What happens if you don’t get results, what pains do your customers face that you hope to remove. That’s how you make converting copy for marketing you engage and emotional connect with the consumer.

Again I see no evidence of the marketing techniques I mentioned or your ability to write marketing content... It's just screenshots of some successes but no evidence you can employ other techniques other than the ones you mentioned for people not to only do. Looking at the avast website I can see that you're incapable of at least 2 of the things I've mentioned, not trashing just trying to actually identify what you can offer someone other than discord posts and forum posts...

It is quite absurd to request me to publish a completed go to market strategy or other sort of document for anyone to copy, clone or rip off.
