Hello, I recorded a video with camtasia and the dimensions were 1280x720 and when i upload it to youtube it only has 360 as the best quality. Anyone know how to fix this?

Oh okay. So right when I upload it, it's in 360 as the best quality and then 24 hours it will be how it suppose to be?[DOUBLEPOST=1458409360][/DOUBLEPOST]

I just uploaded it and after 5 minutes it went to 720p, will it go to 1080p or no?
