This is Minecraft Market, the purpose is to make money via working with Minecraft.
It doesn't have to be Minecraft strictly- you could offer Graphic Design, Web Development, Writing, pretty much any freelance work as well, but Setups, Plugin Development, and all of those are also great ways to make money.

As long as you are good at something, feel free to give it a stab on MCM.
