Can I get an MCM user banned?

If a user charged back from my server for no valid reason when everything on the store is listed for what he receives, am I able to place a scam report on him?

Has nothing to do with MCM. If he would've bought something OVER MCM from you, then yes. Just fight the chargeback with your ToS and you should be good to go.
