I had selled an Member who is banned here an Banner + Logo.
I have the following TOS in my Thread:

1.No Refunds/chargeback after you gaind the files.
2. You are not allowed to resell it.
4. You are not allowed to say its yours.

And now an user want to get me to refund:

But he cant do anything or?
What can happen now? I dont know
how this is but I think im in right or?

The price he payed was 10$ now he
want the money back although he have
all other by me created designs on his
pc.

Than you dont can get in trouble, when you pay through Friends & Family he cant charge the money back.

And also not with police or something? (But it is ridiculous for 10$ to go to police)

He can chargeback even with F&F , But that's the case only if the person paid with his debit/credit card. He could contact the bank that this payment was unauthorized. If he paid with his PayPal balance he can't do anything. The police won't give a shit about him lol.

Yes, and i can tell you he wont go to police because of $10, he is just trying to earn some free stuff. Just ignore him.

He might be able to get refunded by paypal if he claims an unauthorized payment (pretending he didn't send that payment, but someone else did) If he does that and you contact paypal with your evidence you should be fine.

PayPal will no do anything if the payment was sent via their PayPal balance, that's only the case if he paid via their bank account.
