just use server pro or aternos both are free, have queues of course but, with server pro you have to renew it after every hour

Server.pro servers start up quicker depending on the amount of traffic they are getting during the current period of time. It can take minutes or hours.

I have never used aternos so have nothing to add.
You can port forward and create your own home hosted server, or just save up and buy them, I work for a host that offer 1$/gb

Not all the time, as I stated above, the queue time depends on the amount of traffic they have at the time. You may open your server when not many people are trying to use one. Which means your queue time will be a lot shorter. I have queued for a few hours before.

last time I tried it, it was super fast and when I went to renew it was instant as well but let me just say that it can be fast and slow depending on exactly what you said
