Normally, no. You can not just delete your account; staff are the only ones that can do it. However, they might not allow the account to close for that reason alone as if you have Premium, you can change your username every 30 days. I would recommend to buy premium and change it; everyone wins. 
this acc is a bit trashed and my old business partners still know i have this acc, shit went sour so i really just want a new acc

I wouldn't find that reason to delete your account; that's what MCM tries to prevent by the rule of only having 1 account. You should just change your username. After buying premium, you'll see this:
