Can I make a scam report for this?

There's a guy who own's a company. He scammed me. His company has a thread on here posted by a staff of their company, cause the owner doesn't use mcm. Can I get their thread removed or the poster banned since their company scammed me?

If the scam has to do with the company you are talking about, then yes you can. If the scam didn't have anything to do with that company you probably should not.

If someone scammed you in general and it relates to the MCM account(s) associated then yes. Depending on the circumstances there could be a chance that opening a scam report could close the thread(s) or business account if there is one.
