ItzMehMaikel, Steam accounts are not permitted to be sold. You can sell origin accounts.

They are specifically wanting to sell the license keys for games rather than the accounts I believe.
They're selling steam games, so most likely they are selling the the keys and licenses not the actual account.
100% understand, perhaps my message came off wrong. I just usually see people trying to sell the steam games by selling the account with the games on it. My apologies for the confusion.
