Can I sell this? (Help me!)

Hello.

Recently a banned user approached my build team and asked for a map blending (the custom warzone and spawn with natural terrain. We took on the job, after agreeing on a payment of $20 when the build was complete. The user was a friend of one of my builders, so who it was wasn't a problem.

After my build team put in hours of work, giving up some free time to get it done, we get a message with w deadline which says: "If you can't get it done in 4 hours; I do not want the map." The map was near to complete, but because of time zones, school, work, etc we were unable to meet this deadline.

You can't rush building.

So, am I allowed to sell the map, or not? I need your assistance below!

The user owned the custom warzone and spawn. He has not sold it to anyone as far as I know.

Did you ever put in the terms of agreement if the build was cancelled you have the right to sell it? If not, I recommend first giving the client the build without letting them deny it so you can claim you gave the product to them, and then get a message approving you selling the build if they truly dont want it.
