Can I swap 2 account's names?

I got an acc with a pretty cool name but I got all my ranks and stuff on my other acc, is there any way to change my name to the name of the other acc without it getting botted or something?

I don't believe so. You would have to change it manually, then wait it out. If your name that is "pretty cool", then there is a chance someone would snipe it. You can check how often someone looks up the name on NameMC and then based on that you could try it, but you would need to be really quick, or "self-snipe" it using a name sniper.
