Can my paypal get freeze if someone reports me for breaking eula or something?

so someone bought this pickaxe (shockwave 11x11) from my store and he got banned for 7days because he was using Kill Aura and Reach.

Now he contacted me saying

paypal doesn't want to be involved in illegal transactions

its not allowed by the EULA

I'm saying PayPal doesn't allow intentional transactions that violate other company's guidelines, as it's grounds for lawsuit or investigation by the wronged company
