Honestly, I want to open scam reports against people who don't vouch after getting a vc, It's a waste of the seller's time and they're giving away one of their products.

That's why you don't give VC's to people with no rep, its an easy way to get something free. I only give Vouch copies to users with like 3+ rep.

No, I don't think that you can. If you are able to I think that would just be a little dumb and waste the scam resolvers time.

Neg rep them and revoke the license in case it was a resource, you can't open a scam report though.

I think you’re misinterpreting the purpose of a "vouch copy".

It’s not: "You must recommend my product to everyone because I gave you a free copy of it".
It is: "I’ll give you a free copy of my product, because I’m confident and I hope that you’ll love it enough to recommend"

If your goal is to trade your product for vouches, rather than build a relationship of trust and satisfaction with your product’s users, you’re doing it wrong. Maybe engaging in the practice of VCs isn’t for you.

It would be unethical to allow our scam reports system be used as a tool to force people into writing dishonest or disingenuous recommendations. Vouches are and should always remain an entirely voluntary expression.
