I was on when it was just added. It would show up next to every changed name meaning it was becoming available. They have since removed/modified it and that is just a glitch in nameMC and not some illuminati Marc stuff.

It's use is to find names that were changed by Mojang Staff as in when a name is stolen or when a name swap is done.
