Can someone make me a good terms of service?

Im creating a minecraft buildteam and i need a TOS.If someone can make one it would be nice.If i dont like something in the TOS you replyed i will change or remove.

• You may not chargeback.
• There will be no refunds.
• You can not claim the build as your own.
• You cannot resell the build without my consent.
• You go first.
• I have the rights to stop the build whenever.
• I have the rights to decline your order.
• You cannot rush me.
• Request any major changes after completed.
• I have to rights to submit a scam report if any TOS are broken.

You agree to these on purchase.
