Issue

I had a cintiq for almost 2 months and then it went poof. It no longer displayed the screen and in stead said ''No signal input''. The problem has been said to be connected to cables that aren't working properly. Mind you, I've only moved the tablet and cables across the room 3 times. I took it to the store, upon which they declared that the tablet was at fault and they ordered a replacement. Once it arrived, it was broken too and the same error message was displayed.

TLDR Had a tablet that broke, got a new one that was broken too.

What I've tried

-Plugging it into different laptops with different iOs.
-Used it on laptops that has previously worked well with my cintiq.
-Got a friend to call Wacom and they told me to get a new one.
-Download old and new drivers.
-Try it with and without conversion cables.

Current status

It's currently in the store and they're checking if this one is broken too.

TLDR
If I've received two tablets that are both defect, can someone restore my faith in the company with the most rep in the art tablet industry?

Have a nice day

My Wacom Intuos was very cheap but I never seem'd to have an issue with it, If possible i'd avoid that model of tablet.

Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance, mine was a gift and as I'm not really an artist I have almost no use for it

I have no clue then, I'd hope it's just a streak of bad luck seems kinda weird your friends never had an issue but you had an issue with 2 of them. Maybe the store you bought it from damaged the shipment on arrival? It's a bit out there but it's the only thing I can think of

Well, 2 times in a row though?.. It seems very unlikely and from the one company with the most rep in the industry.

I understand skepticism of the situation but coincidences do occur, best suggestion is to wait for the stores verdict and go from there if it is broken they will most likely offer you a replacement, in store credit to the amount and if you really pressure them maybe a cash refund although I find a lot of electronic stores don't like to give cash refunds

They don't give cash refunds :/ All I could do was buy it over and over again but I don't really have the time for that. I have multiple clients waiting for art.

If the product is defective and you did not play any part in it's failure then by law the company must offer you a cash refund

By law? In which country? I come from Sweden haha xD
I'm sure it's illegal there also, they are essentially taking your money and giving you something that doesn't work which means they are obligated to offer a refund. Search Swedish Consumer Laws gotta be there somewhere
