Not sure how the jobs work there at all so I would suggest using the computer and internet access you have to utilize the millions of videos on YouTube and learn a programming language or two.

You expect to make money easily? Everything in life takes effort and once you learn a language that sets you up for an entire career path. You can’t expect to live off donations. Maybe if you lost a job or something and are in need of money to pay bills or food I would be willing to donate but considering you don’t even want to put in effort I’m not even going to bother.

If you can't manage to get a job that is 30 miles away, then perhabs work online. Work as a supporter for a website, or somewhere else. Doesn't need to be experienced. Just put time into something. If you're into MC, then start working on configurations of plugins, or make your own setups. Open up your own test-server to run things you're configuring or making. Take screenshots of your progress. Show them to people. Make ressources.

You have internet.
You have a computer.
