Who am I: sevdeawesome, I have made many popular technic modpacks and modded servers including but not limited to:

What I want: I want to create a modded hunger games server with guns, nukes, etc. This will be a technic modpack that I create that is linked to the modded hunger games server. I have all the mods picked out, I just want someone to help me set it up, or just set it up, build maps, etc. The server needs to use Thermos 1614, so its not what most people are used to. I want server files and builds all set up and ready to play. I'd also like a donation rank system using pex and a votifier system to be fully set up. I will create the modpack and buy server hosting for you to upload files and mess around on. I do not need logo, website, etc, but I will need buycraft store set up. We can talk semantics when I hire you!
I DO NOT NEED CUSTOM BUILDS! THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE EXCLUSIVE!

How much money am I willing to spend? Depends on who you are, your past work and your reputation, I can spend a lot of money if need be, please comment if you can do this job, and how much money it would take you to do it, as well as some of your previous work.

Anything I forgot to include? This is pretty short, I can go into much more detail if I hire you.

Modded, Could potentially do this. - Want builds included?

Yes, I want the server basically fully done, but you dont have to make the builds, getting them off someone else is fine with me

I want the server so that when you're done I can join in a hunger games with my friends without any work

Alright, do you have a budget for this commission, not many good setup specialists work for free.

I dont want it for free, I want people to offer their prices because I dont really know how much something like this is worth.

This could cost around $15-20 without builds.
Not sure of the modded items and how many of such items you're looking for as of right now.

you will have to provide versions for all the mods as well, so that no errors occur.

How much would you say it is worth including builds?
