Can someone teach me how to code plugins for spigot? I'm really interested in coding plugins but all of the youtube videos out there are crappy and old. If anyone can teach me PM me or send me links to sites that teach how to code.

I find that funny, but come on man. He has a point. Most Youtube videos are typically out of date or poorly done. Having someone teach you is a lot more beneficial then starting at a video trying to figure out how it works.
