I've been coding plugins for a while but I'm an actual fucking monkey so I haven't progressed, and I wanna learn how to make hcf cores, bigger minigames and shit. If u could either directly teach me or give me tips on how to learn I would appreciate it.

Read the documentation on spigot provided by Ambrosia up above, and read up on some basic java, it's really simple, dunno why you're having a hard time.

If you have been coding plugins for 'a while' you should be fairly familiar with how to do things. Just think about what you want in the core, and make it in code. Hopefully you have a good understanding of Java and Spigot since you need to know Java to code with a Java API.
