how to code* not coded. Also you must buy a server, monthly payment for your server to test your plugin on. Also, I doubt you even know one coding language.
Or just run it localhost for free?
And he's asking for help on how to code, so I don't know why "not knowing one progamming language" would be a big deal or surprise?

For any coder, I would not recommend having a server hosted off of your PC. 1. You need a decent PC and a decent ammount of RAM to run it. 2. Its shit. 3. Its shit
You must be running off a Raspberry Pi or something then because even my 6 year old desktop could run a server localhost well enough to test a plugin.
I believe a completely vanilla server running only uses about 150MB of RAM.
