Chear's sniper has had countless hours worth of work put into it. They have a butt ton of resources to power it.
So unless you pull an smkm and find a new method to ensure account grabbing...no.

You only need one $5/month VPS and even that can be overkill. You act like they are running a NSA-sized data center to snipe names.

Any competent developer can make a name sniper that performs just as "fast" in 15 minutes. It's really not that complicated as everyone makes it out to be.

Realistically it's probably hundreds, maybe thousands? You realize it doesn't work by sending a name change quickly though, right? It's not a turbo, and hasn't been for years. It spams tons of name changes requests (100+ per second IIRC) to get Mojang to block the name. Has to get past CAPTCHAs and everything too. Not a developer so I don't know much about the costs or how that'd work, it's just an estimate.
