Can this computer handle basic internet browsing and Photoshop?

I'm saying like the only apps being used almost all the time are Firefox and Photoshop...

I'd say yes. But that 80 GB of storage isn't going to be enough if you want lots of stuff saved.

Thanks for the reply. I agree. 80gb is like nothing. I would probably just use an online storage website.
