Hey guys. I was just wondering can us sellers be banned from Minecraft? We are putting our usernames down and saying they are for sale. Can't someone simply report it to Mojang and our accounts will be banned? Especially if the seller provides proof it's their account.

If mojang learning about people selling accounts was all it took to get 'banned', every account seller on this site would have been banned.
Not all of you might be aware, but Marc_irl has an account on this site. He used to get tagged a lot by people whining about mojang support not being efficient enough for their business (changing account data) and similar shit. Luckily that seems to have died down a little. But he's profusely aware of the account trade existing, and since it still exists I think there's nothing in the minecraft EULA that forbids it.

Nope Mojang can't really do that... They need a reason
It's possible.
Mojang revoked a lot of accounts that Nagi was selling.
Well, if you have 2k accounts on your email all using +1, +2, +3, etc, they're bound to get suspicious and act.

They don't need a 'reason' honestly... They believe that if you're the original owner, you should have a Transaction ID.
If the account gets stolen, the owner could just take it back.
What ended up happening to my account was that they changed the email logins for a good portion.
This resulted in the accounts still being there (Skin, Name, etc) while the email login being unknown.
The accounts would be in no-one's hands until it was reclaimed by the original owner. (My best guess based on their logic behind it.)

I wasn't the only one that was affected by this.
This resulted in a lot of big account sellers to also be swiped.
I'm not naming names as they may wish to remain hidden but it does happen if you're not cautions of how you manage your accounts.

Basically, in the end, Mojang just wants proof that you own an account. As long as you can prove ownership... I don't think they will touch you.
