What host are you looking at that offers that cheap of price? Cheapest I have seen is probably anvil node.

AnvilNode does cheap and good hosting at $2.50 per GB and their servers are extremely fast on SSD's running on beefy CPU's, I did a 800,000 block world edit in 5 seconds with 4 players online and 50 plugins loaded on a 2 Gb serve

I already have a great host. Please read through the comments before posting. I am seeing if anyone can beat that, also with $2.50 a Gig comes out to $25 for 10gb. So that doesn't beat it.
