Hmm you could try using MCEdit and import the schematic.

You could also try using ASyncWorldEdit which can easily paste ginormous schematics ;P

Asyncworldedit is broken for 1.13 and over, try regular worldedit instead

the schematic is too big for normal world edit. My server just crashes

MCEdit it is then ;P Though he could always use 1.12 or lower not that many blocks were added in 1.13 really.

Try using ASyncWorldEdit on 1.12 as long as there are no 1.13 blocks in it, everything should be fine.
Or as I said before, MCEdit does everything
