You personally can not change the name. You'd need to make a name change request and one of the mods will eventually get to it to have it changed. From my understanding. But don't quote me on this 100%. Kram will have a better answer for you.

You can change the username if you purchase premium on your business account.
I believe there’s currently a problem where you can’t change it yourself but need to submit a username request to do it.

Each user is only allowed 1 business account. However, if another user wants to take over your business account you can request it to be transferred to them.
