Depends,if one of them is a personal and the other ones a business,then you can't report technically unless they're ban evading.

Technically I don't know so I'll just leave it be. The owner of the two accounts contacted me on skype and at first I confused him for a scammer so I was laughing in his face. Turns out he just has 2 accounts and hasn't scammed anyone yet. I attempted to apologize for calling him a retard and a scammer and then he just went full rage mode on me. Super fishy to me but that's my opinion. Still my fault for assuming he was a scammer but he does have two accounts...

I was intending on doing this, but I don't want to start a flame war with this dude if he's a nice person. We already had some tension via skype and I don't want to be seen as rude.
