Highly considering about applying to British Columbia University.. What's it like living Canada vs. America?

Pros and Cons?

Thanks,

It depends on region, state, and city. Living costs, dorms, rent. All situational on region. Take your pick and do some research on the area.
Oh right, specifically Vancouver . I just want to know about society there and people in general.. I want some first-hand experiences

I live in Canada, super friendly up here. Racism, not a problem. A lot of people are open minded here and accept everyone, from whichever part of the world you're from, you're still Canadian.

To sum it up, it's awesome, super friendly, a lot of people are accepting.

On this subject you'd probably get a better answer from Google than this forum.

Do you want to become like this? If you do, then go to America.

Don't get why everyone hates him so much, I'm from the UK, however from my perspective Obama has just risen debt, tried to finish off Iraq and Afghanistan and failed, then he just chats about changing gun law but puts no wheels in motion to do so.
Apart from wanting Obama to put in gun laws, you sir get a freaking cookie

Niceee. Vancouver is amazing <3 So many things to do. I personally like Victoria a lot more though because imo I like the architecture of the buildings more, and it just looks cleaner xD
But yeah, definitely stay away from East Vancouver though. I haven't been (I don't live in Vancouver, I live past Kamloops near Salmon Arm) but my uncle says when you drive through it, it looks like something out of a zombie movie.

I'd check out Victoria. They have a really nice university there and it's pretty much the same as Vancouver, just smaller and on an Island.
The only downside is that the ferry price is a bitch.
