Cancer Research Charity Event - Staff Needed

I don't know why but that bothers me since how are you giving away a Gaming PC and an iPhone 7+ but still having the money for a cancer cure. Also why is it to a paypal account there are other ways to raise funds for a cause other than directly to paypal.
So due to these 2 things I am worried this is a scam like Luigical
I will be live streaming the whole event. I will livestream the donation process
While I thank you for crediting me, I think it would be more appropriate to accredit the thread you got the idea from, otherwise it looks like I am involved with this event, which I am not.
While I really want to believe this is true, the grammar mistakes and apparent young age of the OP makes me believe there is something wrong with this. First of all, lets do the math.
A gaming PC could mean anywhere from $450-$2000, so lets assume it's around the $450 amount. The different iPhone 7+ prices range from $700-$1200 (wow that is is absurd). At a minimum, that is already $1150 going to waste on the giveaway. That means that at least $1200 needs to be raised from a two-day Minecraft event in order to pay any substantial amount to AACR.
HOWEVER, you are ALSO giving away a $300 server setup to the person who donates the most. This is $1450 going to waste on people who participate in the event. Let's say that there are about 200 people that participate in the event. That means that all of them need to donate at least $7.25 for you to be able to pay for the giveaway items. Of course, there could be someone who joins and donates a substantial amount, but many of these players are 14 our younger, meaning they would most likely only be able to donate $5 or less from their mothers PayPal account.
There are too many aspects going into this event that just don't make sense. There is also server hosting, finding/hiring streamers and YouTubers for the event, advertising, configuring.. As much as I'd like to see this event succeed and raise a hell of a lot of money to go to AACR, there are just too many problems. AdvancedGalaxy, if you can answer all of these, I would be all in, but for now I'm out. I'm sorry.
