The spawn must include the followers

A Chocolate River
Oreos
Candy Canes
Chocolate
Other candy related things
Area for crates (6)
Area for /warp staff (10 staff spots, 2 owner spots)
Anything else candy related

I am looking to keep costs low as money is semi tight
but am willing to pay.
