CandyCloud | Staff Recruitment
Hey! My name is Mv_ and I'm the staff coordinator on CandyCloud. CandyCloud will be a completely restyled version of Skyblock, featuring innovative content that we guarantee you all haven’t seen on other servers. We have been under development for a good while now, and starting later this week, we will finally begin showcasing sneak peeks and snippets of what we’ve been working on.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for mature, motivated, and kind staff members to help moderate the server. We're looking for long term staff members to fill the following roles:
Helper
Helpers will be the backbone of the server. Though it is the lowest rank on the staff team, you will be given a lot more trust placed in you compared to other servers. Your primary job will be monitoring chat and reports for rule-breakers, helping people out in chat and on Discord, and helping with support tickets. This role acts as a way to prove yourself to the management team. If you prove yourself capable of a promotion, then you will be quickly promoted.
Moderator
Moderators are the "all-purpose" role on the team. They are given more trust and permissions than helpers, but they essentially have the same job responsibilities. Moderators help people in chat, settle disputes in-game, and resolve support tickets on Discord. Moderators will also be able to join the various staff sub-teams. (More information about sub-teams is given to staff members.)
Senior Moderator
A senior moderator on CandyCloud acts similarly to the Administrator ranks on other servers. Sr. Moderators are able to become leaders of sub-teams, help with staff applications and interviews, setup and run events, and more. This rank is tough to get, which is why we put a lot of trust in those who achieve it.

We have a great developer who will constantly push out updates, and our staff team is giving great ideas that we can implement in future updates. Our operators are also highly experienced and will constantly ensure that the server is giving a great experience. Staffing on CandyCloud will be an experience that you will not forget and you will regret it if you don't give it a shot now.
