Cannon Spigot

Looking for a cannon Spigot that is preferably 1.7+ or is able to work with ProtocalSupport.

It should have these features (features in italics are optional):
- Optimized cannoning/tnt for less lag
- Good knockback, potion, and in general PvP settings
- Ability to disable left-shooting
- Ability to disable TNT
- Better cobblestone, obsidian, and sand generation for GenBucket generation
- Not letting TNT above the world height or pass the border

Anything else that is good.

^ Some advice, don't go with service teams for this. I'd check out Futurize's spigot.

Well I am looking for a premade one, and I was looking at his, but it's a bit pricey.

True, it's not cheap but you pay for what you get. For some cheaper stuff, I'd look around for the best rated ones on the Resources section.
