Cannoning issues

Hello market's
I am currently looking for a plugin which will fix cannons. my server is currently compatible for 1.7 + 1.8 users but I changed all the paper spigot. I am wanting the cannons mechanics to be 1.7. if you have a plugin or any idea's on how to fix to cannon or a plugin to fix them please dm me.

Use Paperspigot or Tacospigot thats compatible for 1.7 and 1.8 clients to join as your core. Also dont forget to edit the config files for these. Message me and ill do it in 5 minutes for free if its something basic if youd like. Also what are the issues with cannons? for e.g.:

- TNT jumping in a NSWE direction when dispensed
- Server not rendering chunks for entities (TNT/SAND)
- Strange TNT mechanics
